Customise the appearance of the rear of your 2015-21 Mustang with this custom decklid with preinstalled OEM GT Badge.
This is the production decklid that Shelby Mustangs use and we have pre-installed the OEM Black GT badge on. Shelby Mustangs have the iconic SHELBY lettering across them, but this is the retail version of the decklid which is no longer sold.
To be honest, this one went a little awry! Maybe it was fitted first thing Monday, or 5:00pm on a Friday! Was our mechanic dared to fit it while standing on his head? The true origin of the off-centre fit is now a mystery to us!
Seriously though, we take pride in our work, and though this was for a customer, we weren't happy with the end result, and did another one for them. This one didn't pass muster and was put aside until such a day when one lucky customer will pick it up at a bargain! The part is finished in gloss black, and matches the Shelby style with the unique indents. The GT badge is the OEM GT Badge in Gloss black.
The provision for the rear-mounted camera is retained, and if the decklid is installed correctly, will work as factory.
